Omnia Ossama was born in 1987 in Cairo, Egypt. She received her Master in Computer Science (M.Sc.) from the Faculty of Computer and Information Cairo University 2011. From January 2006 to February 2008 she worked as a software engineer at NewSoft (software house). Then from March 2008 till Aug 2010 worked as a Developer Support Engineer at ITWorx on behalf of Microsoft EMEA, in the same time she successfully finished her Msc and traveled for research intern position the Digital Enterprise Research Institute (DERI), National University of Ireland, Galway (NUIG)from September 2010 to Dec 2010. Since Jan 2011, she is working as a global technical support engineer at Microsoft. Finally, she is already doing Network Marketing with MegaHoldings.
